Happy September everyone!
Only 114 days until Christmas and yes I did just say the "C" word ha!
It's recently become a lot colder in the evenings in England which means only one thing AUTUMN! which is one of my favourite seasons but more of that next month.
This months favourites are all beauty products that range from luxury to affordable, I try to keep a balance and explore what is out there, any suggestions for any products you think I should try, please leave them in the comments box below.
Right back to August and this month has been a jam packed one so it will come as no shock that my main favourite is the Charlotte Tilbury Instant Look in a Palette.
Now I'm not going to go into too much detail as there is a whole post dedicated to this, but if you are someone that is busy, always on the go but wanting to look put together you need this palette. With 3 eyeshadows, 2 blushers, bronzer and highlighter this will take you from day to night literally in an instant!
As for skincare I dusted off this Melting Gel Cleanser from No7, in all honesty I forgot that I had this sitting in the back of my draw.
It's a gel texture that I massage all over the face then turns into a milk formula when rinsing off with a warm flannel, it had rosehip oil infused into the cleanser, this leaves my skin feeling really hydrated and soft, it's worth investing in products now that will carry you through the colder months, to keep your skin looking plump and glowing.
Now this product works wonders and has a multitude of uses, the Caudalie beauty elixir is a spray that can be used before as a toner to refine pores and after to set make-up, at the desk if you need a little pick me up mid afternoon, this little product contains lemon balm, peppermint and grape pulp extract which leaves the skin glowing.
I use this to spray on my make up sponge before I apply my foundation and concealer, one day I forgot to do this and noticed my skin felt a lot dryer and tight (note to self don't forget, if you want a glow like Jlo!)
The final product that I have been reapplying time after time this month is the Mac Cremesheen glass called Just Superb, a perfect pink lipgloss that I wear on top of lipstick and on it's own. It has a sweet smell to it which may be the reason why I can toping up every 10 minutes, the texture is really smooth when applying and isn't sticky at all, this won't be leaving my make up bag anytime soon.
