Ready Steady Glow
Are you sick of dull January? do you have tired dull looking skin? Are you dreaming of laying on the beach with sun kissed skin, Well lets be a glow getter!
There is nothing like being in the middle of the month and needing to perk things up, so keep reading for what I do to get glowing, dewy skin with make up and skincare.
Don't be dull just glow!
First up my skincare, the most basic thing is to exfoliate that dead skin away, so I use Vichy Thermale gentle exfoliator, it's light and not to harsh on the skin and doesn't leave my skin feeling dry.
Next I use Pixi Glowtonic, now this has changed my life, its a exfoliating toner again removing the dead skin, but revealing new, fresh and plump skin underneath.
Last but not least moisturiser, you can't glow with dry skin, so I use L'oreal skin perfection that has a subtle glow to it, creating the perfect base for the next stage, Make up.
Now it's the best part, you can really experiment with any kind of make up, so to start I will use a mix some liquid highlighter by Sleek in Monaco in with my foundation (but can be used on it's own on bare skin), creating a dewy complexion just remember a little goes a long way, I want to look like I have a glow not a disco ball, then after that I will use the infamous Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow highlight on my checkbones, down the middle of my nose and cupids bows, I then line my eyes with Rimmel Kohl in Nude 005, then in the tear duct I use Urban Decay eyeshadow in sellout to really make my eyes look awake and finishing my glowing make up look.
